Eternal love

Today’s daily devotion is based on 1 Corinthians 13:13, “And now these three remain, faith, hope, and love. But the greatest of these is love.”
How can love be even greater than faith and hope? Maybe it’s because faith and hope are looking forward to things that will be accomplished. Someday hope will not be necessary because you will have what you are hoping for. Someday faith will be fulfilled. But the love of God will continue through eternity.
Believe it. Hope for it. And express your love for the people around you and for God himself as you bask in his perfect love.
Please pray with me, thank you Lord for your wonderful never-ending love.  Please help me to remain in faith and hope so that I will know your love now and in person when I see you face to face.  In your perfect name, I pray
