Fearless Generosity Today’s devotion is based on 2 Corinthians 9:6-8, “Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.” Sometimes we forget that God has given us more than enough so that we can be generous without fear. We tend to worry about the risk of giving, but God promises that we'll still have plenty. The key to finding joy in giving is to recognize all that God has given us, not just material possessions but also the precious blood of his Son for the forgiveness of our sins. We should use our resources to share this message of forgiveness with others and give generously, just as God gave so generously to us. Let us pray that we can reflect God's generosity fearlessly to others. Thank you, Heavenly Father, for your abundant blessings. Amen
