God's perfect will
Today's devotion is based on Romans 12:1 "Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God-- this is your true and proper worship. Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is-- his good, pleasing and perfect will."

What is true and proper worship? It is living one's life in a God-pleasing manner. Thus, loving and caring about your neighbor, who is all in need, is worshiping God. That is God's will. I bring this up this morning because I am afraid many Christians today believe worshiping God takes place only on Sunday morning.
