8-3-23
The devotion for today is based on Romans 15:1-2. These verses teach us to bear with the weaknesses of others and not just focus on pleasing ourselves. We should strive to please our neighbors for their well-being and to uplift them. As Christians, we have the ability to help those in need and be a source of encouragement to them. Even if we lack the resources or physical ability to assist them, we can still speak positively about them and offer prayers. Let us pray together: "Heavenly Father, creator and sustainer of all things, seen and unseen, please help me to be an encourager today to those who need it. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen."
